My name is Eve. Over the past five years, I have been working with families and children who find themselves struggling to manage what would be considered neurodivergent behaviour, i.e. ADHD and Autism. My specialties and interests are primarily working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, bi-racial couples, non-traditional family dynamics, racial identity, and the impact of intergenerational trauma. I am able to work with youth, adults and couples. I am a strong advocate of black mental health awareness.

I combine my experience in behavior therapy - which focuses on using positive reinforcement and other ABA strategies in reducing unwanted behaviour with my experience and knowledge in attachment and trauma. I don’t believe that being different means that there is a need to be “fixed.”

My past experience and ongoing education have greatly informed my approach. Our work together is shaped by your needs. We may incorporate some behavior management techniques, psycho-education, somatic exercises to focus on understanding the root cause of behaviors, healing trauma, and/or explore patterns in behaviors that leave people feeling disconnected.
